Directly on your premises: flexible plastic granule sorting
Thanks to our mobile plastic granule sorting system, we have the option of removing impurities from your product directly on your premises (e.g. outsourced sorting). The Mobile Granule Clinic® granule sorting system is a promising and innovative technology that enables the product to be distributed immediately on your premises without having to factor in the loss of time for transport.
How does it work? The system is installed on a 40-foot container vehicle chassis and can be easily transported to any location. It only takes two employees to get the entire sorting system ready for use in just a few hours. The safe and uncomplicated process combines four granule separation techniques – such as optical sorting, sieving and removing metal particles and dust – which are specially developed for plastic-specific sorting tasks. This means we can always use the right technology for you, wherever you are.
Challenges with contaminated plastic granules

Precise separation with optoelectronic sorting
Optoelectronic sorting enables precise separation of plastic granules. Each granule is scanned individually by cameras and checked for impurities. This means that our systems can detect the smallest colour deviations and defects and then reliably reject them.
With the innovative measuring technology from Optical Control Systems (OCS), we are able to process a large quantity of materials in a short time and guarantee efficient sorting. This increases the reliability of our quality assurance and guarantees optimally sorted goods, free from defects and foreign bodies. Even though our core expertise lies in the sorting of new plastic goods in granulate form, we also sort other materials such as regrind, regranulates and flakes.
