Terms of use

Article 1: Subject matter

The purpose of these Terms of Use is to create a legal framework for the use of the Website by the User. The User confirms that he/she has read and accepted these Terms of Use before using the Website. The Website is provided by SEPARATION AG (hereinafter referred to as ‘SEPARATION AG’) to inform the User about the various services and activities of SEPARATION AG. 

 

Article 2: Definitions

In these Terms of Use, the following definitions shall apply:

  • Website: all websites with a URL starting with www.separation.group.
  • SEPARATION AG: the company SEPARATION AG, registered under Belgian law in the CBE under number 0699788385, with a principal place of business at Gewerbestrasse 16, B-4731 Eynatten, Belgium.

  • Content: marks, logos, signs, text, images, photographs, illustrations, audio files, animation files, video files and all other Content and their arrangement.

SEPARATION AG cannot be held liable for loss that Users may incur directly or indirectly in connection with the use of the SEPARATION AG Website.

Article 14: Applicable law and venue

These Terms of Use are governed by Belgian law. In the absence of an amicable agreement between the User and SEPARATION AG, sole venue shall be the courts for the principal place of business of SEPARATION AG.

SEPARATION AG may amend these Terms of Use, in particular due to changes in the law or the provision of new services. SEPARATION AG will update the change date at the top of the page in order to keep the User informed of any changes to these Terms of Use. It is recommended that you review these Terms of Use regularly. Significant changes will be included in the ‘News’ section of the Website.

 

Article 16: Severability clause 

If any provision of these Terms of Use is invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid and enforceable provision that comes closest to the intent of the original provision.
